We check feeds at least once every six hours and download new enclosures. We process each file, verify payment method, and begin transcription.
Once we've downloaded a file, you will see it on your Account > Transcription Status page.
You can find your completed transcripts on your Account > Transcription Status page, and receipts on the Account > Receipts page.
If you are a postpay customer, you can view a list of your Invoices.
