Sending files by FTP
FTP is the best route when you have a lot of files to send at once. The server is ftp.castingwords.com. Your username is your CastingWords login email address, and the password is auto generated: you can get it from your account settings page. Uploaded files appear under My Uploads in your account, ready to order.
Any FTP client will do. FileZilla is free and runs on Windows, Mac, and Linux.
Step by step example, using FileZilla
First open up FileZilla. Enter in the host, which is ftp.castingwords.com. Username is your CastingWords login email address and an auto generated password, which you can get from your account settings page. Then you hit Quickconnect.
After it’s connected successfully, navigate to the files you want to upload. Simply drag and drop. Down at the bottom, it shows the status of the file transfer.
Now, go to castingwords.com and login.
Go to “My Uploads” and there’s the file. Now, you can go ahead and place an order.

The screencast predates the current password scheme. FTP now uses the auto generated password from your account settings page, and the server address is ftp.castingwords.com.
